Valid for the life of the project, at the beginning of any iteration, when the latest version of your software is released, you can choose to stop development. You will not be billed for the previous iteration.

Our software is developed in iterations, usually lasting 2 weeks, which means that after we determine the general design of a module, we start planning for the next 2 weeks of functionality. At the end of the iteration, the work is wrapped up and made ready for production use.

After the iteration, we meet with you to determine the functionality for the next iteration. Often times, priorities change or previously unseen requirements become apparent. This allows you to "steer" the project as you see fit. And with constant reevaluation, nothing gets too far off track...
